Curren$y, a rapper coming out of New Orleans, has been in the game for quite some time now. From his time in Young Money Cash Money to his appearance in XXL top Freshmen list. In his time in the rap game he has linked up with many artists especially in his mix tapes ( Wiz Khalifa, Big Sean etc.) releasing great songs for people to hear. He has also released albums that have helped him achieve the fan base he has now. Just yesterday he released an album titled The Stoned Immaculate, but is this album enough to push him to the top?
Pharrell, and Game? Is this 2006? As Confusion thinks Jared Evan has a little Justin Timberlake going for him, it may very well be ’06. not that there’s nothing wrong, but a smooth track like “Anywhere” is good. Jared Evan balances a smooth track and not going too-Kevin Rudolf on the track.
Not too much into this track but it’s nice to hear Evans in a track with Pharrell and Game. Now let’s wait for Justin Timberlake to make a comeback.

As a music blogger, I go through tons of music from artists and bands that either email or tell me to check them out via Twitter. I appreciate that, by the way. Most of the time the rappers can’t rap, the singers can’t sing, and the bands just suck. But, the other day, I spotted some gold. I’m a sucker for hip-hop artists sampling indie in a Chiddy Bang-esque way. G-Eazy puts the West Coast hip-hop style in an East Cost form. Just imagine Pac Div and a mellow Pharrell.
