Hoodie Allen is a non-stop music-dropping machine. Seriously, when does the guy ever stop making music? Hoodie dropped the first track (“Cake Boy”) to the Crew Cuts mixtape last week. Today, he’s dropped the music video to “Fame is For Assholes” which has a verse from Chiddy of Chiddy Bang. Any track where Chidera hits on the verse is a dope track.
Crew Cuts is due out on Wednesday.

I can’t say that I ever saw this coming, well, actually Chiddy tweeted about it so I’m not that surprised. Just these three making a track is something I was really interested in. Chiddy the rapper, Aoki the electro musician, and Lil Jon the … he raps, too, I guess.
The track tries to pull off being one of those club bangers with a little house, but the best part is Chidera rapping. You can literally put him over any beat, and the shit will be dope.
Chiddy Bang have been on a successful trip since last year. They’ve released mixtapes, freestyled for nine hours, and now they’re releasing their first single off their next album, Breakfast.

Another track off Peanut Butter & Swelly; this time Chiddy flows over a smooth Xaphoon beat in celebration of having the Guinness world record for the longest freestyle of over 9 hours and 18 minutes.
