Ellie Goulding tweeted about The Weeknd a few months back and I’ve been hooked ever since. Is there any track from The Weeknd that isn’t awesome? This fan-made video, and the other fan-made vids, will absolutely make it hard to top once The Weeknd actually debuts an official music video for a track off his album/mixtape House of Balloons.
I’m thinking about making a video for Eliza Doolittle. Something awesome; something colorful; something Nike-ish. We’ll see.

Wale just dropped the visuals for “The Cloud” which was on last year’s More About Nothing mixtape. This was my favorite track off the mixtape since it had a laid-back, smoke-weed-and-chill type of feel put in by Tiara Thomas. I don’t smoke but, if I did, I’d smoke to this song with a chick. Eh, smoking is stupid.

I’m not going to lie, I’ve been listening to a wave of Aussie bands lately and it’s been incredible. Boy & Bear is one of those bands that have given me an ever-lasting eargasm. Straight pleasure to my ears. This here is Aussie band Boy & Bear’s new visuals for their single “Feeding Line.” After touring with Mumford & Sons and showcasing their talent at SXSW, they’re now in the studio recording for their debut album.

So I know we’re a music blog and generally we post music (duh!), but I love other wacky, weird, and viral things. I absolutely love drawings, creativity, and creative drawings in videos. I’m tired. I’m cranky. I’m stressed. And I’m in love with Lay Low. Lovisa Elisabet, known as Lay Low, is my country idol. Her music is a little country and a little folk. It gets me by these stressful days where I just need to lay low even though country and acoustic folk aren’t my listening norms.
I first heard of Lay Low more than a year ago and I always make sure to give her music a listen once days get all muffy (I like making up words) like today. “Little by Little” and “Bye Bye Troubles” are my favorite. Usually I like to write a lot when I’m stressed (Check HERE and HERE) but I can’t seem to with Elisa’s folkiness tuning in my hear. Eargasm at its best!
