Jared Evan Ft. Pharrell & Game – “Anywhere”

Pharrell, and Game? Is this 2006? As Confusion thinks Jared Evan has a little Justin Timberlake going for him, it may very well be ’06. not that there’s nothing wrong, but a smooth track like “Anywhere” is good. Jared Evan balances a smooth track and not going too-Kevin Rudolf on the track.

Not too much into this track but it’s nice to hear Evans in a track with Pharrell and Game. Now let’s wait for Justin Timberlake to make a comeback.

Outasight – “Let’s Go”

Outasight is blowing. From having his music in commercials to performing songs on TV, he’s making the best of his hits. After debuting “Tonight is the Night” as his first single to his full-length debut, Outasight is giving away this track for free: “I’m not asking for a dollar, a tweet, a Facebook share, or anything like that. Just click below and enjoy.” You gotta love this guy.

New: Lana Del Rey – “Born To Die”

If you’re not as fascinate by Lana Del Rey as I am, you’re missing the point. In the short time that I’ve been listening to Lana Del Rey, I’ve fallen in love with her power to reel me into her emotions. She’s got a little Lykke Li going on and I just think there’s no doubt she should be much, much bigger really soon.

“Born To Die” is the album’s title track for her forthcoming debut LP. Born To Die, the album, is out January 30 in the UK. The single is out a week before (1/23).

Like I said, I’m really new

New MP3: iSH — “Dreamer”

So, as I’m writing a compilation of road trip tunes that I will debut tomorrow, I started think about some of the artists that have become favorites when taking in a long trip. There was one time where I was heading to San Diego alone and I literally could not stop playing iSH’s back-then new mixtape, The Name is iSH. It was dope and he instantly became an artist I’d be looking forward to hearing from in the future.

That was last year, and even though it’s been a while, it’s nice to hear iSH has been keeping busy. “Dreamer” is a track from iSH’s forthcoming mixtape, Long Days, Short Nights. On this new track, iSH remixes Xaphoon Jones’ remix of Savoir Adore’s song “Dreamers.”

New MP3: LoS – “Get It” (Ft. XV)

This is something new from Los and XV that sounds something out of XV’s The Complex Experiment. It’s got that raw, up-in-your-face flow then takes a step back before going at it again. Only reason I came to this was because of Vizzy, but Los is pretty dope, too.

Forgive me if I’m the only one that thought this sounded something of Eminem and Nate Dogg’s “Shake That Ass.” Hoodie goes in on Zak Downtown’s new track called “Rocked the Show.” This is definitely something to vibe to, and with Hoodie Allen on the track, it’s definitely something to get rowdy to.
