I’ve never heard of Jessie Malakouti but apparently she’s the next Princess of Pop. She sounds a bit like Gwen Stefani and Britney Spears but carries that Lady Gaga-swag syndrome.
“Push it” is Jessie Malakouti’s debut single off her Jessie & The ToyBoys campaign.
This song is too catchy. “Oh, oh, oh oh, oooh. Oh, oh, oh oh, oooh. P-p-p-push it.”

Jeffco once warned me Dearsonginmyhead would turn into an Eliza Doolittle obsessed blog. This is another wonderful video to add to the theory. First off, I think everyone can agree she has amazing vocals. She does a cover for one of my all time favorite songs.. What else can I say? She’s ELIZA DOOLITTLE.

In all seriousness, XV and Seven have collaborated to produce some great songs together. The’yre almost on that Chiddy-and-Xaphoon Jones level of Awesomeness. I’d like to know who would win in a tag-team match between XV and Seven, and Chiddy and Xaphoon.
This is exactly what you’d expect from the Boston-based indie group: soulful, and danceable music.
I just don’t know what happened with the rest of the song. As soon as this song gets going, it just ends. Such a tease.
