The Adventure In Music
I would like to first like to introduce myself as a new writer for Dear Song in my Head. My name is Eric and I look forward to posting reviews about the music I love. Last night I was wondering, “what was it that started my hunger for music?” Was it the concerts, the cd’s, or the music videos? Truth is, ALL OF THE ABOVE. It took a bit of everything to get me at being the music aficionado I am today. Once I heard an artist’s CD, I had to watch the music videos which lead to going to the concerts. The one defining moment for me came unexpectedly at The Glass House in Pomona, CA on April 12th, 2006. In between songs, Tom Delonge talked about life and mentioned,”what you do with it is up to you” and it hit me,why not work in an industry that is very inspiring? It’ll be a challenge to get up there and work with my favorite artists, but it’s just like Tom Delonge said,”Here we go, life’s waiting to begin.”
